摘　　要：目的利用双向电泳技术建立正常人胰腺组织的蛋白质组表达图谱。方法取正常人胰腺组织3例,经蛋白质的提取、一向、二向电泳、染色、扫描及图像采集分析,对各种条件进行比较优化。结果获得了分辨率及重复性均较好的双向电泳图谱。结论通过对各种条件的优化,初步建立了胰腺的双向电泳技术。Objective To analyze the proteomes expressed by human pancreas. Methods The specimen of 3 cases normal pancreas tissue sample were taken. After extraction of proteins composition, the two- dimensional gel electrophoresis carried out, the protein spots stained and detected, we compared each condition. Results The 2- DE patterns with good feature have been obtained. Conclusions With optimization of each condition, two- dimensional gel electrophoresis was preliminarily established
