摘  要:目的:探讨血清MMP-9及TIMP-1水平与糖尿病大血管病变的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法对30例正常对照者和54例2型糖尿病患者(其中无合并症糖尿病组29例,合并大血管并发症组25例)血清MMP-9及TIMP-1水平进行检测,分析其与大血管病变的关系。结果:2型DM血清MMP-9、TIMP-1水平与对照组比较显著升高,且随着大血管病变程度呈逐步升高趋势,MMP-9与FBG呈显著正相关(r=0.444,P<0.05),TIMP-1与UAER呈正相关(r=0.395,P<0.05)。结论:认为MMP-9、TIMP-1参与DM大血管病变的发生发展,检测其血清水平可反映DM血管病变的严重程度。Objective To measure the serum metalloproteinase matrix-9(MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1) levels,and explore the significance of them in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy.Methods The levels of serum MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were measured by ELISA in 30 normal control group and 54 cases with type 2 diabetic mellitus including 29 cases without complications and 25 cases with macroangiopathy.Results The levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were markedly elevated in diabetic macroangiopathy group than in normal control group (P< 0.05),There were remarkably positive correlations between MMP-9 and FBG,LDL-C,while TIMP-1 was correlated positively with UAER.Conclusion The MMP-9 and TIMP-1 are critically involved in the development of type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy,and the increased serum MMP-9 and TIMP-1 levels in DM patients are related to the severity of diabetic macroangiopathy.
