摘  要:以单阀试验统计数据为依据,利用单阀试验台性能仿真系统,寻找各种范围的边界阀,并预测边界阀在高原低气压条件下试验性能的变化;仿真计算出在高原条件下单阀试验性能指标的分布规律,并预测在平原试验合格的阀在高原环境下试验不合格的发生概率,为制定高原地区单阀试验标准提供参考。On the basis of the single-valve testing and statistics data, the performance simulation system of the single-valve test stand is used to find the boundary valves of various ranges, to predict the change of the test performance of boundary valves under the low air pressure conditions of highland, to simulate and calculate the distribution law of test performance indexes of single-valves under the highland conditions, and to predict the probability of being unqualified in testing in the highland environment on the valves which are qualified during the testing on plain, so as to provide reference for setting up the single-valve test standards in highland areas.
