摘　　要：山西金驹煤电化股份有限公司煤矸石电厂原有的75t/h百叶窗二级分离循环充化床锅炉长期以来一直存在负荷不足和磨损严重的问题,根据用户要求和现场的实际条件,结合该锅炉的特点,提出了具有紧凑特点的利用水冷方形分离器的改造方案。The low load and attrition problem of the existing 75 t/h circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler with two-stage window blind separator is given herein. According to the customer's requirement and the site condition, combined with the feature of the boiler , retrofit scheme using water-cooled square separator which is compact designed is proposed.
