摘 要:为了充分发挥多点成形设备的柔性特点,提高多点成形设备的成形效率,对多点成形压力机的调形方案及调形机构进行了研究。为了缩短两种不同形状零件之间的调形时间,提出了多点成形压力机的串行、并行及混合3种调形方式。分析了3种调形方式的工作原理、调形效率及调形特点,并分别在数台多点成形压力机上进行了应用比较。结果表明:并行调形方式调形效率最高,其调形时间约是混合调形方式的1/250,约是串行调形方式的1/1000。To fully realize the flexible characteristics of the multi-point forming press and to improve its forming efficiency,its form adjustment manners and the corresponding adjustment mechanisms were studied. In order to save the time of form adjustment between two parts with different forms, three form adjustment manners,i.e.,the serial, the parallel and the compound manners were proposed, and their working principle, adjustment efficiency and adjustment characteristics were analyzed. These manners were tried out on several multi-point forming presses to make a comparative evaluation. The results show that the parallel form adjustment is characterized by the highest efficiency, its adjustment time is about 1/250 of that of the compound adjustment, and about 1/1000 of that of the serial adjustment.
