摘　　要：目的:为手掌血管损伤的修复重建时寻找浅静脉移植修复掌浅弓提供解剖学基础 方法:对5 4侧成人掌浅弓的类型、形状、对称性和分支进行观察 结果:掌浅弓分5型即尺动脉型、桡尺动脉型、正中尺动脉型、桡正中尺动脉型、尺动脉掌深弓分支型;以尺动脉型和桡尺动脉型为主,正中尺动脉型、桡正中尺动脉型、尺动脉掌分支型少见;有5种形状,弧线形、单弓形多见,不完全形、鞍形、双弓形少见;左右两侧对称性多见,占5 5 . 6 % 掌浅弓的分支有3- 6条,4 4例发出小指尺掌侧固有动脉,占81 . 5 % 9例小指尺掌侧固有动脉与第3指掌侧总动脉共干,占1 6 . 7% 2 6例发出3条指掌侧总动脉,占4 8 . 1 % 2 6例发出4条指掌侧总动脉,占4 8 .1 % 结论:手损伤修复重建掌浅弓时应充分注意掌浅弓的分型、形状。Objective:To provide anatomical basis for repairing the superficial palmar arch with transplanted superficial vein when the operations of vessel repair and reconstruction of severed palm are performed. Methods: the types, shape, symmetry and branches of the superficial palmar arch were observed on 54 cases of hand specimens .Results: There were 5 types of the superficial palmar arch . That was radioulnar arterial type, ulnar arterial type, median ulnar arterial type, radi-medi-ulnar arterial types, branchs of deep palmar and ulnar type, and majority were radioulnar arterial types and ulnar arterial types, rareness were median ulnar arterial types, radi-medi-ulnar arterial types, branchs of deep palmar and ulnar typs;there were 4 shapes of the superficial palmar arch, including arc, arch, incompletion form,saddle form and bi-arch ;the most were arc and arch, and incompletion form,saddle form and bi-arch were rare; symmetries were most ,taken up per cent 55.6; there were 3-6 branches of the superficial palmar arch , 44 cases of the 54 gave off ulnar digital palmar proper artery, taken up per cent 81.5;9 cases shared ulnar digital palmar proper artery and third digital palmar communes, taken up per cent 16.7;26 cases gave off 3 digital palmar communes, per cent 41.8; 26 cases 4 digital palmar communes, per cent 41.8.Conclusions : when the operations of vessel repair and reconstruction of severed palm are performed, we should pay attention to the types, shape, symmetry and branches of the superficial palmar arch.
