摘  要:用纳米CaCO3填充新型聚烯烃弹性体POE,研究了填充体系的力学性能和流变性能随纳米CaCO3含量变化的规律。发现纳米CaCO3填充量增加至40份时,体系仍具有良好的力学强度,流动性变化很小。从流动曲线上发现了一些反常现象,即随纳米CaCO3含量增加,体系粘度降低,粘切敏感性降低,非牛顿性减弱,推断这种反常的现象应该与纳米CaCO3纳米级的尺寸和立方体形的结构有关。Nano-calcium carbonate was filled into new-type polyolefin elastomer,and the influences of nano-calcium carbonate content on the mechanical properties and rheological behavior of the system were investigated.The results showed that when the content of nano-CaCO_3 reached 40 phr,the system kept having good mechanical properties,and the rheological behavior changed little.From the rheological curve,some abnormal phenomena were found,which indicated that with the increasing of nano-CaCO_3 content,the viscosity of POE/nano-CaCO_3 system decreased,the viscosity-shear sensitivity decreased,and non-Newton character weakened.It was concluded that the phenomena were related with the nano-meter dimension and cuboid shape of nano-CaCO_3.
