摘　　要：目的:探讨Ⅰ期动静脉转流术治疗下肢广泛动脉硬化闭塞的临床应用价值。方法:针对40 例施行Ⅰ期动静脉转流术的病例进行回顾性分析。结果:术后6例高位截肢,肢体保存率为85%。结论:Ⅰ期动静脉转流术总体效果良好,但不同的手术方法远近期效果存在差异。需要根据病情,合理手术。Objective: To study the value of clinical application of one-staged arteriovnous reversal(AVR)for the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliteration(ASO)of lower limbs. Methods: 40 cases treated with one-staged AVR were analysed retrospectively.Results: 6 cases were high amputated.The preserve rate of limbs was 85%. Conclusion:The total effect of one-staged AVR was good. But there were differences between the long-term and short-term effects of different operation methods. The operation methods shoud be selected properly in accordance with patient′s condition.
