摘　　要：目的:观察针刀疗法治疗跖管综合征的疗效.方法:注射消炎镇痛液后用针刀切割屈肌支持带,观察疗效并进行随访.结果:5例患者治疗后疼痛均完全缓解,麻木感也逐渐完全消失,随访6个月～1年未见复发.结论:针刀疗法治疗跖管综合征是安全有效的.Objective: To observe the effect of needle knife on treatment of the metatarsal tunnal syndrome. Methods: The floxor retinalulum was incised by a needle knife after anti-inflammatory and analgesic liquid injection.The patients were followed-up for six months to one year. Results: 5 patients′ pain was all alleviated completely, and the numb feeling disappeared completely little by little, and it didn′t relapse after 6 months to 1 year follow-up.Conclusion:Needle knife therapy for the metatarsal tunnal syndrome was safe and effective.
