摘　　要：马迹塘水电站建设初期为地方项目,由于资金等原因,建设过程中取消了大坝23孔泄洪闸的检修闸门,致使其弧形工作门在20多年的运行过程中无法检修,同时厂房3号机组坝段基底拉应力也不能满足规范要求,大坝安全存在较大隐患。首次定期检查后,该坝被国家电力公司审定为病坝。在消缺处理过程中,又发现坝基、坝前严重淘刷。病坝治理过程艰难复杂,施工条件苛刻,技术难度大,前后历时5年,投入资金1300多万元,终于完成了治理。其经验可供其他工程参考。The preliminary construction of Majitang Hydropower Station is a provincial subject and because of financial problem, no 23 spillway bulk head gate setting was cancelled, therefore the redial gate could not be overhauled for 20 years during operation, meanwhile foundation tensile strength of No 3 unit bay could not meet the requirements of standard. After the first periodic inspection, the state power corporation assesses that the dam is sick. The incaving of foundation and upstream facing was serious. The treatment of the project was very complicated, rigorous construction condition and lofty construction techniques were required. After 5 years' hard work and investment of more than 13 million Yuan, the treatment was completed ultimately. The experience can be a excellent reference to other project.
