摘 要:湖南镇水电站3号水轮机组存在设计水头与实际水头不相符的问题,增容改造中,在发电机结构和水轮机固定流道基本不改变的条件下,适当修整尾水管形状,应用按电站实际设计新转轮,采用先进的设计理念,既优化转轮流道中的水流工况,又达到了机组增容的目的,从而获得显著的长期性技术经济和社会效益。Because the design head does not tally with the actual head for the No.3 hydro-generating unit of Hunanzhen Hydropower Station, it has been rehabilitated for capacity increase. Under the conditions of no change of generator structure and the fixed flow channel of turbine, the shape of draft tube is properly adjusted. Meanwhile, according to the actual conditions, a new runner is designed by adopting advanced design concepts which not only optimizes the flow working conditions in the flow channel of runner but also reaches the increase of capacity of generating unit, so that it can gain long-term technical, economic and social benefits.
