摘　　要：主要探讨在水库蓄水或放水情况下,造成库周边坡稳定性降低的原因,分析边坡稳定计算方法,探讨土坡各参数取值问题。It is important to study the causes of unstable slope produced by the change of water level for the safety and running of reservoir. In this paper, the reason of causing the stability of a reservoir bank decline as the water level in reservoir varies (rising or falling) rapidly was investigated. Furthermore, the method to calculate the stability of reservoir bank was analyzed. Finally, the know-how to determine the factor values of c′and φ′was discussed.
