摘　　要：毛泽东对中国私人资本主义的认识和态度的变化,究其原因,看似纷繁复杂,难于把握头绪,其实是有一条清晰的主线贯穿其中的,这就是,毛泽东是根据他对中国社会历史发展阶段的认识和判断来认识和对待中国私人资本主义的。而其他的已经发生的主观的和客观的原因只是延缓或加速他对资本主义认识和态度的变化。There is a clear and principal clue in the change of Mao Zedong's understanding and attention to Chinese private capitalism. The principal clue is that Mao Zedong had recognized and handled Chinese private capitalism by his understanding and judgment to the history stages of China. But other subject and object elements only postponed or accelerated the change of his understanding and attention to Chinese private capitalism. 
