摘 要:分析了汽车电机爪极铸锻复合近净成形的技术原理和特点,进行了爪极制件的铸锻复合成形试验,设计了合理的模具结构,获得了合格的制件。同时,采用数值模拟和有限元分析的方法获得了成形过程的力能参数和相关的场量信息。研究结果表明:该技术成形汽车电机爪极成形力小、工艺流程短、锻件质量好、节能、节材,必将具有广阔的发展和应用前景。The technological principle and characteristics of casting-forging complex near net forming process of automobile motor claw-pole was analyzed. The experiments of casting-forging complex forming of claw-pole was carried out, appropriate die structure was designed and eligible workpiece was manufactured. Simultaneously, the forming process of claw-pole was studied with numerical simulation and FEA method, property parameters and relative field information during the forming process were also obtained. It can be concluded that when claw-pole is formed with this technology, the forming force is small, the process is short and the quality of forgings is perfect. Therefore, the complex casting-forging process of claw-pole is an energy and material saving technology.
