美托洛尔治疗高血压临床观察

摘　　要：40例高血压病患者服用美托洛尔8周，显效率和总有效率分别为60％和82．5％，其中Ⅰ，Ⅱ期高血压病患者疗效更好，无严重副作用，该药可作为Ⅰ，Ⅱ期高血压病的首选药物之一。Forty cases of essential hypertension (EH) were treated with metoprolol for 8 weeks. The results demonstrated that markedly effective rate and total effective rate were 60% and 82. 5%, respectively, with the best results observed in stage Ⅰor Ⅱ EH patients. No severe side effects were found in the course of therapy with metoprolol. The drug may be used as one of the first choice medicines in the treatment of stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ EH.
