摘 要:为保证封闭在体积有限容器内的1 2 MV Marx发生器可靠运行,用ANSOFT有限元计算软件计算了容器内3维电场分布,结果表明最大场强出现在末级电容器金属外壳的尖角处,其值超过绝缘介质(SF6 气体或变压器油)的耐受场强。电容器外壳安装金属屏蔽罩后,最大场强大大下降并小于绝缘介质的击穿电场。In order to ensure the safe operation of a 1.2 MV Marx generator in a grounded metallic tank of limited volume filled with pressurized SF6 gas or transformer oil, 3-D electric field in the tank is calculated using Ansoft software. The results show that the highest electric field always appears at the sharp corner of the metallic shell of the last stage capacitor and is higher than the breakdown field of the pressurized SF6 gas or transformer oil. After rounding the sharp corner by mounting a metallic hemisphere on the capacitor shell, the highest electric field is much reduced to a value that is lower than the breakdown field of the pressurized SF6 gas or transformer oil. In the end, transformer oil is chosen as insulation in the tank.
