摘　　要：城市开放空间系统优化是强化生态城市建设,进而推动城市可持续发展的重要途径。本文讨论了我国城市开放空间系统优化的重大意义,指出:城市的可持续发展强烈呼唤生态城市建设,而生态城市建设必须以城市开放空间系统的优化为支撑。解析了城市开放空间系统的空间形态结构和要素组成结构,阐明了开放空间系统的实用功能、生态功能、文化功能、景观功能和调控功能等,提出了城市开放空间系统优化的理论基础和应遵循的基本原则。在此基础上,着重论述了城市开放空间系统优化的基本对策和空间布局结构优化、圈层一体化优化、系统要素优化等主要工作内容。In the first half of the 21st century, urbanization is still an important project of the socialist modernization of China. This means that various developing elements will collect further on cities, cities will bear strain on population, resource, and environment, and Chinese cities will be confronted with a grave challenge. Conforming to the objective orderliness of the urban sustainable development, according to the objective requirement of the construction of ecological city, the optimization of urban opening spatial system is an essential channel to promote the healthy development of Chinese urbanization, and a great research topic for the all-round construction of Chinese well-off society in the current and a long hereafter period. The optimization of urban opening spatial system should proceed from three sides. First side is the readjustment of the spatial distribution structure in a city. The new spatial distribution structure in the city would expand efficacious area of open space system, strengthen the supporting of open space system to ecological capacity of the city, build a base for the integration of the three circles in open space system. Second side is the integration of the three circles in urban opening spatial system. Third side is the construction of the elements in urban opening spatial system. This project has two content. The First is the construction of green opening space. The government should adhere to the urban ecological norm, create high-quality ecological environment, living environment and landscape environment, make plants area, garden area and water area into a natural integration, make point, line and flat green land into an unitary system, thereby, establish a green basis for the construction of ecological city. Second content is the construction of gray open space.
