摘　　要：目的:鉴定安国地产黄芪及混淆品种子。方法:对种子蛋白质进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析。结果:4种种子的蛋白质电泳图谱具有明显差异。结论:该方法可用于安国地产黄芪及混淆品的种子鉴别。Objective: To identify the seeds of indigenous Radix Astragali and its adulterants in Anguo city. Methods: Polyacnylamide gel electrophoresis analysis was used. Results: There were obvious differences among the electrophoresis spectrums of the four types of seeds. Conclusion: The methods can be used for the identification of the seeds of indigenous Radix Astragali and its adulterants in Anguo city.
