摘 要:目的:改进白芍中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法:比较了《中国药典》方法和改进方法。采用70%乙醇为提取溶剂, 流动相为甲醇-水(30:70),检测波长为230 nm。结果:此方法线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均加样回收率为101.518%, RSD为1.682%。结论:改进的方法简便,准确,可减少有机溶剂对人的毒害和对环境的污染,为实践中芍药苷的含量测定方法提供参考依据。Objective: The purpose is to establish a method for determination of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba. Methods:Compare the new method and the routine one. Extracting with 70% EtOH,a mixture of methanol-water(30 : 70) as the mobile phase,detection wavelength is 230 nm. Results: The linearity of this method was good(r = 0. 999 5). The average recovery of the added sample was 101. 518% and RSD was 1. 682%. Conclusion:The new method is simple, accurate and it can protect the environment from pollution. It can be used for the determination of Paeoniflorin of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.
