摘  要:目的:确定黄丝郁金中姜黄素的含量测定方法。方法:采用甲醇为提取溶剂,流动相为乙腈-1%醋酸(55:45),检测波长为428 nm。结果:线性良好,加样回收率为100.61%,RSD为1.75%(n=5)。结论:确立方法简便、准确,为实践中姜黄素含量测定方法提供参考依据。Objective: To develop a method to determine the content of curcumin in Radix Curcumae. Methods: Reversed -phase HPLC was used to determine the content of curumin in Radix Curcumae. The separation was performed on Diamonsil C18 column with acetonitrile-1% acetic acid (55 : 45) as a mobile phase and the wave length was 428 nm. Results:The linearity of the method was good. The average recovery of curcumin was 100. 61%. RSD% was 1. 75%. Conclusion:The method is simple, reliable and stable, which can be used in quality control of Radix Curcumae.
