摘  要:目的:分析苍耳子超临界流体萃取物的成分。方法:采用超临界流体萃取药材,气相—质谱连用分析其成分。结果: 分离鉴定出15种成分,其中亚油酸含量最高,棕榈酸次之。结论:首次对苍耳子进行超临界流体萃取,其萃取物中含挥发性成分和脂肪酸类成分。Objective: To analysize the constituents in the supercritical fluid extraction of Xanthium mongolicum fruit. Methods: To extract the medicinal herb by the supercritical fluid extraction and analysize the constituents by GC - MC. Results: 15 compounds were identified, linoleic acid (39. 78%) and palmitic acid (8. 26%) of them are main components. Conclusion: We studied the chemical constituents of the supercritical fluid extraction of Xanthium mongolicum fruit first, mainly composed of naphtha and fatty acid.
