电子政务建设中工程监理模式的应用

摘　　要：信息技术不仅渗透到经济的各个领域,也渗透到政府的运作过程中,以电子政务的方式彻底地改变了政府的工作模式,但电子政务的建设过程中存在大量的技术、质量、过程等风险,使得电子政务的建设不尽如人意。为此,在分析电子政务中信息工程监理现状的基础之上,提出了电子政务工程监理的“菲迪克”模式及其实施策略,并将该模式应用在宁波市科技园区“数字园区”工程中。Information technology changes the operation mode of economic and government. E-government is more and more famous in every country, but there is large risk in E-Government engineering .By analyzing the current foundation of the informational engineering Supervising in E-government, this paper provides an engineering Supervising mode and its operational strategy of E-government, the mode named “fedic”. This mode is applied to “digital park” engineering in NingBo Hi-Tech Park E-government project.
