摘　　要：论述了用在通用冲床上的引出脚弯曲挤扁切断自动模结构形式、工作原理和设计要点。该模具在压力机一次行程中完成自动送料、弯曲、挤扁、切断工序,使零件成形。1模3件,工作效率高,成形零件质量好。A description is made on a structure operating principle and main points of the design of auto-feed progressive die of bending extruding flat and cutting for the leading foots. The die is used on a general press. The die brings about the working procedures of auto-feed bending,extruding flat and shearing on a single stroke of the press,making the works form. The three work pieces are made in one die. The die is efficient. Work pieces shaped is of high quality.
