复方三角草制剂治疗毒蛇咬伤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方三角草制剂(针剂和片剂)治疗毒蛇咬伤的临床疗效。方法将患者160例随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均予西医常规处理,治疗组加用复方三角草制剂。结果从并发症发生率、消肿时间、疼痛消失时间及伤口溃疡发生率、致残率来看,治疗组对毒蛇咬伤的疗效优于对照组。结论复方三角草制剂治疗毒蛇咬伤疗效确切。Objective :To observe the clinical effect of Compound Sanjiaocao Serial Prepara tion for venmous snake bite.Methods:160patients were divided rando mly i nto the treatment group and the controlled group.Those in both groups were given the usual t herapy of WM,while in the traeatment group were given Comp ound Sanjiaocao Serial Prepara tion in addition.Results:The treatment group' s effect is better than the controlle d group' s.Conclusion:Compound San-jiaoc ao Serial Preparation.is a surely good preparation for ven mous snake bite.
