摘 要:目的观察参麦注射液预防压力负荷增高大鼠心肌胶原重塑的作用。方法将雄性Wistar大鼠38只行腹主动脉部分结扎,随机分为参麦注射液组、依那普利组、模型空白组和假手术组;前两组于术后分别给予参麦注射液和依那普利,模型空白组和假手术组不予治疗。术后8周分别测定各组血流动力学、左室质量指数(LVMI)及心肌胶原容积分数(CVF)。结果参麦注射液组和依那普利组左室内压力峰值(LVSP)高于模型空白组,左室舒张末压(LVEDP)及LVMI低于模型空白组;术后模型空白组心肌小血管周围有较多胶原沉积,并延伸到心肌间质,CVF显著高于假手术组、参麦注射液组及依那普利组。结论参麦注射液在心肌胶原网络重塑中与依那普利具有相似的作用,能预防心肌纤维化。Objective:To observe the effect s of Shenmai Injectionon the pressure -increasing rats in prevent ing myocardial colla gen remodeling.Methods:38male wistar rats were partiall y ligatured on Abdominal aorta,and ra ndomly divided into the Shenmai Injection group,the Enalapril group,the Model free -fed group,and the sham operation group.The former 2groups were treated by Shenmai Injection and Enalapril resp ectively,the latter 2groups were not treat-ed.Each group' s hemodynamics,Le ft ventricular ma ss index and myocardial collagen volume fraction were measure d respectively in the 4weeks after operation.Results:Left ventricular systole pressure of the Shenmai Injection group and the Enalapril group were hi gher th an that of the Model free -fed group,but their Left ventricular ended diastole pressur e ,left ventricular mass index were lower respectively.Much more coll agens were deposited aroun d the myocardial minal vessles,and extended to myoca rdial interstitial in the Model free -fed g roup,and its CVF were significant ly higher than those of Shenmai Injection group,Enalapril group and sham operat ion group.Conclusion:Shenami Injection has the same effects as Enalapril dur i ng the myocardial collagen networks remodeling proce ss and can prevent myocardi al fibrosis.
