摘　　要：为了研究用IBD疫苗进行鸡胚免疫的可行性,探讨了胚期接种IBD疫苗对雏鸡ND4倍剂量免疫接种效果的影响.将IBD中等毒力疫苗接种18日龄鸡胚,出壳后采用4倍剂量ND疫苗进行免疫,通过抗体水平、免疫细胞数量及功能和免疫保护力等的检测,结果表明胚期接种IBD中等毒力疫苗对雏鸡4倍剂量免疫仍具有免疫抑制作用.Effect of IBD embryo vaccination on efficiency of chicken's ND 4 doses immunization was determined for the study of embryo immunization with IBD vaccine. The chickens were inoculated with IBD vaccine of the medium-sized virulence when the chickens were 18-day-old in embryo. After the chickens were born, they were vaccinated with ND vaccine by 4 doses immune way. The antibody level, immune cell's quantity and function and protection of immunity of the chickens were examined. The results showed that embryo vaccination with IBD vaccine of the medium-sized virulence would still result in immunosuppression to ND 4 doses immunization.
