摘 要:本文对比观察了用谷尘、青霉菌提取液和卵蛋白致敏并激发后阳性反应豚鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)内细胞学和肺组织病理学变化。结果发现激发试验阳性的谷尘组、青霉菌组和卵蛋白组哮喘模型BALF内嗜酸细胞数分别为36.04±11.22%,32.21±8.24%和30.50±10.20%,均非常显著地高于反应阴性组(12.50±7.29%)和对照组(9.75±4.03%),P<0.01。光镜下见反应阳性动物支气管、细支气管痉挛以及壁内和腔内大量炎细胞浸润和粘液栓塞等。电镜下可见以嗜酸细胞为主的炎性细胞及其胞浆内大量特异性颗粒及脱颗粒后形成的空泡等,提示嗜酸细胞在谷物粉尘所致豚鼠哮喘的发病过程中起着重要的作用。In this report,the cytologic characteris─tics of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF)as well as pulmonary histopathologic changesin guinea pigs after being sensitized and chal─lenged with extracts of grain dust,Penieil─lium SP(extracted from raw grain dust)and ovalbumin, respectively,were reported.Itwas found that the eosinophil percentage inthe BALF of animals showing asthmatic reac─tion to grain dust or Penicillium SP extractswas 38.00 ± 11.22%, and very significantlyhigher than that of animals showing negativereaction to the challenges(12.50 ± 1.29%)andcontrol group(9.75 ±4.01%),respectively(P<0.01).Under light microscopy, changes suchas bronchospasm, large quantity of inflam─matory cells invading into the bronchial wallsor lumen and mucus blocks were observed inthe animals with asthamatic reaction. Fur─thermore, under electronic microscopy, the pre─dominant eosinophils with large amount of characteristic granules of degranulation werefound in the pulmonary tissues of asthmamodels. The findings suggested that eosinophilaccumulation followed by airway inflammat─ion may an important role in the pathog─enesis of grain dust induced asthma.
