摘　　要：本文从地区发展优先次序和发展经济学新思路两个方面分析了发展经济学理论在西部大开发中的适用性,并在此基础上提出我国西部特别是云南地区如何抓住机遇促进经济发展的对策。The author has discussed the priority theory in region development and in developing economics with their practice in the strategy of developing the western region. And, based on that, the author has thoroughly analyzed the strategies by which Yunnan province can take the chances in development.
