摘　　要：经济一体化制度安排的区域性特点对于每个经济一体化的参与者都有很大影响。它使每个参与者实际上所享受的权利承担的义务以及可能获取的利益所面临的风险是不一致的。借助区域经济学的理论、方法和工具分析经济一体化制度安排对一国内部各不同地区的影响差异,促使区域经济组织者们在更为深刻地认识和理解经济一体化的基础上,灵活运用其规则,更为有效地达到促进区域经济持续协调发展的目的。使区域市场微观主体能认识到由于该区域性对他们所产生的影响,从而更为合理地选择自己的经营方向,有效地组织资源和经营活动。The regional feature of economy integration arrangem en t exerts great influence on every participant. It makes difference of the risk o f participant's right, duty and possible interest. Referring to the theory , met hod and instrument of regional economy, the writer analyzes different effects of economy integration arrangement on different regions within a country, aiming t o draw attention of regional economy organizers to flexibly apply its rule on th e basis of the deep understanding of economy integration, so as to enhance the h armonious and sustainable development of regional economy, to make the micro-mai n body of regional economy realize the influence of the region, rationally selec t their own management direction and effectively organize resources and manageme nt activity.
