摘　　要：大学发展重在和谐。从和谐发展的角度审视,大学校园文化在理念性、基础性、制度性、匹配性、适应性等诸多方面存在不和谐音符,影响大学的和谐构建,亟待转变。构建和谐,是中国大学协调、可持续发展的必然途径。College development is focused on harmony. From the as pect of harmonious development, there are many disharmonious notes for culture i n college campus on the points of its idea, basis, rule, marry and adaptability. These will influence building harmony in college, so something needs to be chan ged. Building harmony, it is a necessary way for the Chinese college's harmoniou s and sustainable development.
