职业学校开展特色体育课教学初探

摘　　要：为了验证特色体育课在职业学校中的可行性, 以昆明冶金高等专科学校机电专业50名男生为研究对象, 进行了实施特色体育课前后身体基本素质几项指标的对比, 得出在体育课上进行特色体育教学, 既能活跃课堂气氛, 又可以锻炼学生与未来职业需要相适应的身体素质的结论。To know if it is feasible to carry out characteristic physical education in vocational colleges, 50 boy students in Kunming Metallurgy College are chosen to be the subjects. Through a comparison of their basic constitution before and after the characteristic physical education, a conclusion that the characteristic PE both arouses the students’ interests in the course and builds up them a healthy body to meet the needs of their future occupation is drawn.
