摘　　要：针对分层实体制造技术要求的高焊合率及微变形量,设计制造了一台精密扩散焊机。实验结果表明:利用该扩散焊机可以实现多种新的扩散焊工艺,并对多层异种钛合金薄片进行微变形精密扩散焊试验,焊合率和变形量均达到了产品的设计要求。To satisfy the strict limit for high-welded region rate and micro-deformation rate, which is required for the diffusion welding used in the technology of delaminating entity manufacturing, a new type of precision diffusion welding equipment is developed. Experiments demonstrate that various diffusion welding procedures can be successfully obtained using the equipment. The precision diffusion welding tests on multi-lay heterogeneous titanium alloy sheet show the welded region rate and deformation rate of test piece satisfy the design request of production.
