新型跨隔旁通管测试——射孔联作技术的应用

摘　　要：利用哈姆雷特软管承压高、韧性强、耐磨损、可任意弯曲等特性,当环空压力传至剪销封隔器上部上穿越接头时,经哈姆雷特软管传至下穿越接头,再利用软管旁通过间隔油管后传至P-T封隔器上部的穿越接头,穿过P-T封隔器直接作用在点火头上引爆射孔枪,实现跨隔旁通管测试一射孔联作的目的。以二连油田太20井为例,简述了其现场应用情况。By usage of the feature of the Harmlete soft hose to bear high pressure, being high of tenacity against abrasion and easy to bent with arbitrariness, the annulus pressure, transmitting to down pass-over sub by the Harmlete soft hose when it passes over at the up passover sub over the shear-up type packer,and then arriving at pass-over sub over the P-T packer by a soft hose transferring through the interval tubes, actuates the firing head to detonate the perforating guns directly by passing through P-T packer to make true the objective of straddle bypass test and perforation combination. Taking the operation to Tai20 well in Erlian oilfield as an example, the paper briefly introduces the applications of this technique.
