摘　　要：在过去的20年,电穿孔技术的机理和应用受到了很大的关注,而且细胞电穿孔是一种生物工程新技术。本文简要介绍了天津理工大学研制的基因脉冲导入仪的原理及其应用。Electroporation has been widely used to manipulate cells. Both applications and mechanistic understanding have received growing attention over the past two decades. This paper introduced a new production of Tianjin Institute of Technology—— Gene Transfection Instrument, and the application of the instrument.
