摘　　要：目的:探讨核芯针穿刺活组织检查术在乳腺病变中的应用价值及操作技巧。方法:对4 3例不可触及的乳腺病变进行立体定位穿刺活组织检查,对2 9例2 cm以上乳腺肿块直接进行穿刺活组织检查,取得病理组织学诊断依据。结果:72例患者中,乳腺癌2 3例(31.9% ) ,良性病变4 9例(6 8.1% ) ;诊断符合率94 .4 % ,误诊及穿刺失误各2例(2 .8% ) ,无假阳性。结论:核芯针穿刺活组织检查是一种操作简单、损伤小、准确可靠的诊断方法。Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of m ammorgraphy core needle biopsy in the diagnosis of breast lesions.Methods:Fouty- three cases of clinical nonpalpable breast lesions were detected with stereotact ic needle core biopsy(SCNB) and 29 case with breast mass equal to or more than 2 cm detected with direct core biopsy.Results:Of 72 cases,23 (31.9%) csaes were diagnosed as breast cancers whereas 49(68.1%) cases as benign breast lesions, the accuracy of diagnostic,aspiration misplay and false negative were 94.4%,2 .8% and 2.8% respectively,no false positive was observed.Conclusion:Mammorgr aphy core needle biopsy is a simple,less invasive and localization accurately p rocedure,it play a important role in diagnosis of breast lesions,espicially fo r nonpalpable lesions but can be visualized on mammography.
