双蒂带状肌软骨膜瓣在垂直喉部分切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨双蒂带状肌软骨膜瓣在垂直喉部分切除喉功能重建术中的应用价值。方法:86例行垂直喉部分切除的患者用双蒂带状肌软骨膜瓣重建喉功能。结果:所有患者在术后8d～2 0 d拔除鼻饲管,气管套管的拔除率为90 .7% ,术中无死亡,术后无严重并发症发生,术后3a和5 a生存率分别为87.2 %和72 .1%。结论:双蒂带状肌软骨膜瓣是垂直喉部分切除喉功能重建较为理想的方法。Objective:To observe the applied valve of bi-pedic led muscular and perichondrial flap in laryngeal function reconstruction after vertical partial laryngectomy.Methods:Eighty-six patients who underwent vertical partial laryngectomy were summarized.The laryngeal function was reconstructed using bi-pedicled muscular and perichondrial flap.Results:All patients resumed normal oral feeding from 8 to 20 days after operation.The extraction rate of tracheal tube was 90.7%.No death occurred during the operation.No severe postoperative complications were found.The 3 years and 5 years survival rate was 87.2% and 72.1%,respectively.Conclusion:The bi-pedicled muscular and perichondrial flap are appropriate for reconstruction after vertical partial laryngectomy.
