摘　　要：小灵通用户的不断增加使网络规模不断扩大,业务更加丰富。在小灵通的价格优势不断减弱的今天,网络的竞争力逐渐从价格向网络质量、业务方面转移。然而,由于重建设、轻优化的观念以及无线网络优化方法、手段、机制的不健全,出现了许多新的问题,在一定程度上影响了网络质量。文章结合网络优化工作,对出现的问题进行归类、总结,给出相应的解决方法,提出了综合网优的思路,以进一步提高网络优化的及时性和准确性,制定切实可行的网络优化方案,为无线网络可靠运行提供保证,从而更好地服务市场、服务用户。With the unceasing increase of PHS users,the network scale has been enlarged continuously and services have been enriched. The competition of network gradually changes from price to quality and service because the price advantage has been weakened uninterruptedly. However,many new problems which have impaired network quality to a certain extent resulted from the idea that construction was more important than optimization and the limitation of optimizing means to wireless network. By integrating with actual network optimization,this paper makes classification and summary to existing problems,and it puts forward relevant methods to analyze and resolve problems. This paper presents the idea of integration network optimization to improve further the veracity and seasonableness of network optimization and provide guaranty for reliable operation of wireless network,so as to service better markets and customers.
