摘　　要：伊朗哈通铜厂铜吹炼转炉高温烟气净化采用喷雾冷却装置,是我院开发设计的国内有色冶金系统没有成功先例的以卧式喷雾冷却器为主体的喷雾冷却系统。根据本人的设计经历,简要介绍这套喷雾冷却系统中仪表和自动化方面的设计开发要点。Spray cooler used for cleaning high-temperature flue gas from copper converting furnace in Iran Khatoon Abad Copper Smelter is a spray cooling system developed and designed by the Nanchang Engineering & Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals, is the first successful example of application in non-ferrous metallurgical industry of China and uses a horizontal spray cooler as its main body. Essentials in design and development of instrument and automatization in this set of spray cooling system are introduced based on the author's experiences accumulated in the design work.
