摘　　要：在公有制范围内,工资的本质是实现按劳分配的一种劳动报酬形式。在非公有制范围内,人力这部分劳动者的工资是劳动力的价值,其长期变动取决于必要生活资料增长率与劳动生产率增长率的对比关系;而人才这部分劳动者的工资是劳动力资本价格的转化形式,其量受劳动力市场供求关系的影响。The essence of wage under socialistic circumstances is analyzed from the public-owned and non public-owned economic system, respectively. The essence of wage is a form of labor compensation realizing the distribution according to work under the public ownership. Nevertheless, under non-public ownership, the wage of manual workers is the value of labor force, whose long-term change is determined by the contrastive relations of the increasing rate between consumption materials and the labor productivity. On the other hand, the wage of knowledge workers is the transforming form of the price of labor force capital, whose amount is affected by the relationship of supply and demand in labor force market.
