摘　　要：目的:阐述Brugada综合征的临床特征和心电图的特点,发病机制,诊断与鉴别诊断,临床意义和治疗.方法:复习目前为止有关本征方面文献进行综合分析.结果:该征是发生恶性心律失常的高危因素.结论:早期发现早期防治是防止心脏性猝死的有效措施.Objective:Elaborating the clinical symptoms and features of electrocardiogram of Brugada syndrome,as well as pathogenesis,imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis,clinical significance and treatment of Brugada syndome.Methods:Reviewing all journals on Brugada syndrome which have been published so far.Results:Brugada syndrome is a high risk factor bringing about malignant arrhythmia.Conclusion:Discovering at early stage and timely treatment are effective measures to protect one from sudden cardiac death.
