摘　　要：目的　探讨外周血和蜕膜淋巴细胞凋亡在早期自然流产中的作用。方法　采用流式细胞技术检测外周血淋巴细胞FAS/FASL、Annexin -Ⅴ及蜕膜组织淋巴细胞FAS/FASL的表达。结果　正常妊娠组Annexin -Ⅴ,FAS和FASL分别是(1.19±1.39) % ,(5 6 .6 4±11.19) % ,(4.37±2 .6 5 ) % ;自然流产组分别是(1.96±2 .4 3) % ,(5 7.4 7±10 .4 1) % ,(4.4 5±2 .10 ) % ,两组差异均无统计学意义,P值分别为0 .2 6 2 ;0 .710 ;0 .5 96。正常妊娠组蜕膜组织淋巴细胞表达FAS ,FASL分别为(30 .88±16 .13) % ,(2 .2 4±0 .6 2 ) % ,自然流产组分别是(32 .6 3±13.4 5 ) % ,(3.91±1.90 ) % ,两组FAS表达差异无统计学意义,P 值为0 .5 15 ;两组FASL表达差异有统计学意义,P 值为0 .0 0 1。结论　蜕膜淋巴细胞FASL表达上调可能是早期自然流产发生的原因之一。Objective: TO investigate the expression of lym Phocytes of FAS/FASL and Annexin-Ⅴ in peripheral blood and decidua tissue of women with s pontaneous abortions. Methods: 15 cases normal pregnancies(N P) and 25 cases spontaneous abortions (SA)were studied. FAS/FASL and Annexin-Ⅴ of lym phocytes in the blood and decidua tissue were assayed by flow cytometry. Results: (1) The expression of Annexin-Ⅴ, FAS,FASL of Peripheral blood lymphocytes in N P group were (1.19±1.39)%, (56.64±11.19)%,(4.37±2.65)%, and in SA group were(1.96±2.43)%, ( 57.47±10.41)%,(4.45±2.10)%,respectively,the differences bwteen NP and SA were no significant.(2)The expression of FAS,FASL of decidua tissue lymphocytes in N P group were(30.88±16.13)%,(2.24±0.62)%, and in SA group were(32.63±13.45)%,(3.91±1.90)%,res pectively,the difference of FASL between NP and SA were significant, P =0.001,but the difference of FAS between NP and SA were no significant. P =0.515. Conclusion The increase of FASL expression in decidua tissue lym phocytes of SA may be one of reasons leading s pontaneous abortions.
