矽肺病人肺灌洗液细胞中羟脯氨酸等的测定

摘　　要：对不同期别矽肺病人肺灌洗液中细胞总数、细胞浓度、细胞中羟脯氨酸及总脂、上清中总蛋白、乳酸胶氢酶、铜蓝蛋白等指标进行了测定。结果显示，肺灌洗液细胞中羟脯氨酸含量表现出随矽肺期别增加而逐渐升高的趋势。因此该指标在反映矽肺病人的肺纤维化进程上可能有一定参考价值。The cellular counting and sorting of BAL fluids,the hydroxyl proline and total lipids of BAL cells,as well as the total protein, lactie dehyogenase (LDH) and total lipids of BAL supernatant of patients with different stages of silicosis were determined. The results demonstrated that the BAL cellualr hydroxyl proline showed a thend of stage-related increase. So it might be an useful parameter for silicosis.
