精神发育迟滞与手部皮纹关系的典型相关分析

摘　　要：采用典型相关分析方法对湖南省大庸市某村７５例精神发育迟滞（ＭＲ）患者和１５２名正常人的手部皮纹特征进行了研究。结果表明该地区ＭＲ主要表现为常识能力较差，其典型的手部皮纹特征是右手尺箕纹增加，双手中指斗形纹减少及左手拇指嵴线数减少，说明各皮纹指标与各分类智商缺陷的ＭＲ存在一定联系。可以为寻找ＭＲ的皮纹学检测方法，早期筛查和诊断ＭＲ提供参考依据，对ＭＲ的早期培训、防止智残形成有着积极和重要的作用。The dermatoglyphic features of 75 cases with Mental Retardation(MR)and 152 persons with normal intelligence in a village of Dayong city of Hunan province were studied with canonical correlation analysis. The results showed that the feature of MR was intelligence deficiency in this area,the typical dermatoglyphic features of MR were more ulnar loop on the right hand. less whole on digit 3 both hands and less ridges count on digit l on the left hand. It indicated that there was some association between various dermatoglyphic indexes and various intelligence deficiency. This report provided reference information for probing dermatoglyphic,detection method of MR .early screening and diagnosising MR. It had an important and active significance on early training MR and preventing mental handicap.
