摘　　要：本文结合数字馆藏建设中的具体工作,分析了文献数字化、电子文献采集和电子文献使用中的著作权问题,并提出了一些防范侵权的建议。In this paper, the copyright invloved in digital library constr -uction was analyzed with practical aspects, such as digitalization of literatures, collection and access of electric literatures.Some sugges -tions on prevention of copyright tort were also given.
