摘　　要：通过对当前国内外农业信息化发展现状的阐明与分析,提出了消除信息鸿沟,实现东部与西部、农村与城市在信息交换与利用层面上的同步对等途径,并深入探讨了如何在深化农业信息化服务的基础上,形成解决“三农”问题的有效措施。The paper analyses the status of agricultural informationization developing all over the world, and brings forward to accomplish an exchanging and utilizing of information on an equal footing through eliminating information ditch. Studies deeply how to provide effective measures for solving the problems of agriculture, Country and Farmer under deepening the agricultural information services.
