摘　　要：国内关于数字化参考咨询的研究起步较晚,目前正处于快速发展阶段。本文从研究概况、研究热点和存在问题三个方面对目前数字化参考咨询的研究状况做一综述。The research of digital reference services started later in China, and it is in rapidly developing stage now.
