摘　　要：随着知识经济的发展,知识服务成为参考咨询新的发展趋势,因此也对参考馆员的素质提出了挑战。本文从知识服务的特征出发,对知识服务下参考馆员的素质培养进行了初步探讨。With the development of knowledge economy, knowledge service has been a new trend of reference, so it is a challenge for reference librarian, from character of knowledge service, this article discuss how foster diathesis for reference librarian.
