摘 要:大鼠气管注入40mg石英粉尘120天,大鼠肺组织总脂和类脂升高,磷脂是对照组的3.3倍;肺灌洗上清液总脂和磷脂也明显高于对照组;电镜下肺Ⅱ型细胞增生和活化,板层体数量增多、体积变大,过量肺表面活性物质堆积在肺泡腔。磷喹组大鼠的总脂和磷脂均低于染尘组,又高于对照组,肺Ⅱ型细胞有轻度改变。结果提示石英能激活肺表面活性物质系统,磷酸喹派可以保护该系统,改善大鼠肺脂的肺脂质代谢。The effect of silica on lung lipids and the protective action of phosphate piperaque were observed. Silica was injected intratracheally to rat, after the 120th day, lung lipids elevated and phospholipid increased significantly. It reached to 3. 3 fold of the control group. The levels of lipids and phospholipid in lung lavage fluid was also higher than of control group. Alveolar II cell proliferated, lamellar bodies activated and massive surfactant accumulated in alveolar lumen. The content of lipids in phosphate piperaque group was lower as compared with silicotic group, hut it was higher than that of control group. Morphological change of alveolar II cell was slightly.It suggests that quartz dust can activate alveolar surfactant system, phosphate piperaque may protect this system, and improve the lipids metabolism of silicotic rats.
