摘  要:将200名血清HBV感染指标均阴性者随机分为5组、前3组分别接种不同批号的哺乳动物细胞基因疫苗,后两组分别接种不同批号的牛痘基因疫苗,以观察国产基因疫苗的人群免疫效果。结果表明,两种基因重组疫苗反应轻微,安全性良好。首次免疫后8个月牛痘基因疫苗抗HBs阳转率(99.05%)和几何平均滴度(GMT:212.05mIu/ml)均显著高于哺乳动物细胞基因疫苗(92.81%)(GMT:147.4mIu/ml)。说明前者免疫原性好于后者。同种基因重组疫苗不同批号间的抗-HBs阳转率、几何平均滴度间差异无显著性意义。可见国产基因疫苗的生产稳定性良好。To investigate the efficacy of recombinant hepatitis B vaccine 200 individuals with negative markers of HBV were divided into 5 groups randomly. The first 3 groups were injected with 3 .bats of mammalian cell derived hepatitis B vaccine and the last 2 groups were injected with 2 bats of vaecciria drived hepatitis B vaccine respectively. The results showed that the side-effect was slight; the eightmonth anti-HBs seroconversicn race and GMT of vaccinia derived hepatitis E vaccine were 99. 05 % and 212. 05 MIU/ml, which were significantly higher than these of mammalian cell drived hepatitis B vaccine (92.81%, 147. 4mIU/ml) This indicated that the immunogenicity of the vaccinia derived vaccine was better than that of the mammalian cell derived one. Also there was no significantly difierence among bats of the same vaccine on the seroconversion rate and GMT.
