摘  要:通过对CO男性作业工人及配对对照的血清LDH同工酶的观察,探讨低浓度CO对血清LDH活性和同工酶谱的影响。结果表明:低浓度CO作业工人血清LDHH亚单位含量降低,M亚单位含量增高,与对照差异显著(P<0.05);LDH_2显著低于对照(P<0.05),且LDH_1/LDH_2有增高趋势。两组工人血清LDH活性未见显著差异。提示:接触低浓度CO导致作业工人血清LDH同工酶谱发生改变。The Serum Lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH ) and LDH isozyme pattern of 55 male workers who exposed to Carbon Monoxide (CO) and paired-controls were studied, in order todemonstrate the effects of low concentration CO to serumLDH activity and isozyme gram.The results showed: the 76. 75, 12. 82mg/m 3 CO-exposedgroup the serum LDH isozyme H subunit composition decreased and M subunit composition increased, which had asignificant different compared with paired-controls (p<0. 05 ).Futher isozyme analysis showed: in 76. 75mg/m3 CO-exposedgroup the serum LDH2 decreased significantly compared withpaired-controls (p<0. 05). There is a increased tendency inserum LDH1/LDH2 in this group. There were not seen thesignificant different of serum LDH activity between exposureand no-exposure group. Low concentration CO induce serumLDH isozyme pattern changes in exposed workers. It'S worthyby paying attention to the effects of CO to heart emergemetabolism and heart injury.
